Effective June 10, 2026. The short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to respond to you, and we don't sell it.
When you submit a form on this site, we receive the information you type: your name, phone number, email address, case type, and message. Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to serve and secure the site. We do not run advertising trackers or sell visitor data.
Form submissions are delivered to our client-intake system (Clio Grow) and used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your potential matter, and check for conflicts of interest. We may retain inquiries to maintain conflict records even if we do not take your case.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers that process it on our behalf (hosting, intake, and case-management software), or as required by law or the rules of professional conduct.
Submitting information through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Until we agree in writing to represent you, information you send may not be treated as privileged — please limit initial messages to a general description of your matter.
Forms are transmitted over HTTPS and relayed to our intake system; we retain inquiry data as long as needed for the purposes above and for conflict-checking obligations.
To ask what we hold about you or request deletion (subject to our professional obligations), contact us at tyler@haslamlawfirm.com or (304) 948-8529, or write to 418 8th Street, Suite 302, Huntington, WV 25701.
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
