Tracy is the firm's Operations Manager and Paralegal. A lifelong Lawrence County resident, Tracy graduated from Chesapeake High School and then attended Ohio University – Southern where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Communications. After graduating, Tracy worked as a contract paralegal for various firms and companies throughout West Virginia prior to working for two large firms in Charleston, West Virginia. She also spent time working for the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia as a Special Projects Clerk. In 2019, an opportunity arose for Tracy to work closer to home—bringing her to Haslam Law Firm.
Tracy has experience working on a variety of cases involving individuals, small businesses, and Fortune 500 corporations. Her background includes working on matters in state and federal courts across West Virginia, Virginia, Delaware, Missouri, and Ohio. She is familiar with personal injury, professional negligence (medical malpractice and legal malpractice), claims of defective products, insurance claims, and various other related matters. Additionally, Tracy has worked on national, multi-district litigation including the Lumber Liquidators MDL, the National Prescription Opiate litigation, and C-8 Personal Injury Litigation.
Tracy and her husband James live in South Point with her son and dog. When she is not following her son to his sporting events, Tracy can be found knitting, reading, or nerding out to legal podcasts such as Undisclosed, Pro Say, and Paralegal Voice.
